About Photagr

Photagr is a social bookmarking site, inspired by the wonderful site del.icio.us, but geared towards photos. It is a way of creating your own gallery of images found all over the web. This could be a collection of fine art photographs, family photos, icons, or any combination there of. Once on photagr you can then discover images other web surfer's have found and tagged.

Photagr was created by photographer Jason Bryer as a way of organizing all the wonderful images around the web. One of the best ways of learning photography is to look at as many as possible. This site was originally designed so that those special, inspirational images could be saved for later viewing. However, photagr's use beyond photography is apparent, and we encourage using it to your liking.

We at photagr respect and honor photographer's rights. We do not store full-size images and only generate thumbnail sized images to enhance the user experience. When possible we will link back to the original site and give credit to the original creator. We ask that photagr users also respect the rights of image creators. When submitting a new image, please consider providing credit and when possible, do not link directly to the image but to the page containing the image.
